    With its explicit Swedish lyrics and an emphasis on the “Hard” in Hard Rock, the unique sub-genre of Swedish Hard Rock is something you’ve got to love.

    Knogjärn are a band with their heart and soul buried deep within this genre. Their take on melodic hard rock combined with heavier elements from hardcore and metal makes Knogjärn into the perfect music to shake of yesterday and move into the future with. 

    Pumping up the listener and turning everyone into a true Swedish Hard Rock fan. 

    Since the start in 2015, Knogjärn has delivered nothing but sonic raging anger with an unapologetic, IN-YOUR-FACE attitude. The foursome drops super-charged records, but they hit even harder when on stage: “We want you to like our live performance even if you don´t like our music”, the band states. 
    Their records are the testimony that Knogjärn always give 100%! Hard’n’heavy riffs with raging vocals and explicit lyrics speak beyond their vernacular, beloved by their ever-growing crowd of fans.

    Knogjärn are set to release their much anticipated third album, Mera Bedövning, 27th of January 2023.

    The album was written by Knogjärn and Niclas Engelin, and recorded and produced by Oscar Nilsson at Crehate Studios.

    The tracks "Bedövning" and "Aldrig mer" were produced by Oscar Nilsson and Niclas Engelin.

    Knogjärn is a wonderfully zealous mix of genres. The result is a true hearted punk stew of music consisting of some metal, some hard rock, and a certain amount of punk, Rock N Roll and some hip hop/rap metal to give it that extra sprinkle.

    Their music is heavy, sometimes fast, but always catchy and with an attitude. "Mera Bedövning" is proof of this, but it also displays a band in growth, a Knogjärn bigger and bolder than ever before.

Knogjärn is known for their uncompromising and heavy sound with emotional and aggressive lyrics, something they perfectly executed on their EP “Tungrott” earlier this year.

But the new single “Aldrig Mer” ("Never again") hits a little bit different.
It features a more melodic and softer Knogjärn, and it is a strong and emotional ballad backed up by the heavy drums and the powerful lyrics we've come to love the band for.

The band states;
“"Aldrig mer" is a track that is supposed to make you feel something.
It's not just a song about exclusion, but also about rectification and taking control over your own situation in life.”
